She has completed specific courses in home care for bedridden patients, end of life spiritual care, and bereavement counseling. She advocates for the rights of the elderly to remain independent in their homes, with the appropriate support.

Heather has experience working with dementia and Parkinsons, those who are bedridden, hoisting and general all round care for an elderly person.
